Brown Rice
A friend shared this recipe with me in high school and it became a standard in my home growing up. We've added (dehydrated) peas and carrots and eaten it as a main dish.
| 2 | c | Rice |
| 4 | c | Boiling Water |
| 1/2 | c | butter |
| 6 | tsp | Beef Bullion |
| 4 | tsp | Parsley Flakes |
| 1/2 | c | Onion - Minced |
Add all ingredients to a casserole dish. Cover and cook at 350* for 45 minutes.
