Brown Rice

A friend shared this recipe with me in high school and it became a standard in my home growing up. We've added (dehydrated) peas and carrots and eaten it as a main dish.


2 c Rice
4 c Boiling Water
1/2 c butter
6 tsp Beef Bullion
4 tsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 c Onion - Minced

Add all ingredients to a casserole dish. Cover and cook at 350* for 45 minutes.
